About the Journal

The KASU Environmental Sciences Journal (KESJ) is a peer reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Kaduna State University, Kafanchan Campus, Kaduna State, Nigeria. The Journal aims at publishing quality scientific and original research in the various disciplines of the built and natural environment. A broad outline of the Journal’s scope includes: peer reviewed original research articles, case studies, meta analysis, reviews, short communications, and note to the Editor in Chief.

Original research articles from authors not limited to the following disciplines are welcomed: Architecture, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Environmental Management,  Environmental Standards, Environmental Biology, Environmental Microbiology, Environmental Chemistry, Urban and Regional Planning, Building Construction, Facilities Management, Project and  Construction Management, Geography, Surveying and Geoinformatics, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design  etc, but emphasis is on disciplines in the Natural and Built Environment.
